ExpressCard SSD for more speed and less energy consumption

The ExpressCard SSD from Verbatim, which complies with the PCMCIA Express Card standard, has a true PCI interface and therefore exhibits up to ten times faster read speeds (800x/120MB/sec) and six times faster write speeds (300x/45MB/sec) than conventional USB storage keys, considerably shortening the access time to programs and applications. The ExpressCard SSD also consumes less electricity, thanks to its energy-efficient memory.

Quad Interface HDD and GigaBit NAS
Mac® and PC users can use the four popular interfaces USB 2.0, FireWire 400 and 800 and eSATA II to access Verbatim’s new Quad Interface 3.5”, 1 TB external hard drive. Plug ‘n’ play functionality means that the drive is instantly ready to use at the fastest possible data transfer speeds. A new 3.5” GigaBit NAS hard drive with 1TB of storage capacity, together with the multi-award-winning MediaStation Pro, now also offering 640 and 750GB, will be on show alongside Verbatim's extensive HDD portfolio in 2.5 and 3.5-inch format. The collection also includes the Colour Edition with its strikingly trendy, colourful design.

Innovative optical technologies
At CeBIT, Verbatim will be unveiling new optical storage media with various coatings for the professional use of CDs, DVDs and Blu-Ray discs. These include Glossy Waterproof, Glossy Photo Printable, Archival Gold, Silver Printable and Thermal White and Silver, which all match Verbatim’s exacting quality standards.

Extensive accessories
Also on the stand and completing Verbatim‘s offering for the reseller channel will be a full assortment of accessories and peripherals including the company’s new 2.1 Multimedia Audio Bar, Bluetooth speakers, Bluetooth notebook mice and rechargeable batteries, together with the recently launched range of earphones and vibrating gaming headsets, award winning gaming mice, and much more.
