Egham, 9th January 2009 Verbatim is extending its USB Store n Go range with two new memory sticks, each capable of storing 32GB the USB Executive model with excellent read/write speeds for professional users and the USB Mini with a rotating cap. With a storage capacity equivalent to 45 CDs, both USB drives are ideal for users who are on the move a lot and need to carry large volumes of data with them. The USB Executive and Mini Swivel are available in stores now. The Store n Go Executive USB drive is optimised for maximum performance and offers read and write speeds up to 200x (30MB/sec) and 80x (12MB/sec). The stylish, silver-coloured design with its protective rubber coating looks perfect with any model of laptop or PC. The Mini Swivel read and write speeds are 11MB/sec and 8MB/sec.
While the USB Executive interface is protected by a retractable system and the Mini Swivel by a rotating cap, pre-installed encryption software on the Verbatim USB drive ensures that the data does not fall into the wrong hands. A blue LED indicates when data is being transferred to or from the stick. As with all its products, Verbatim offers its customers free hotline support for the new USB drives.
