What is the 'Returns Procedure'?

If you believe you need to return 'faulty' media, please contact Verbatim first. There are situations were the media is in fact not 'Faulty' and with some careful instruction can be used correctly.

To help determine if the Verbatim media you have purchased is however 'Faulty', the following information should be provided at the initial point of contact.

For CD / DVD media please send an email to opticalsupport@verbatim-europe.com and provide:

  • Part Number / Reorder number of product
  • Drive information - Make, Model and Firmware Revision
  • Software information - Writing Software title and revision number
  • Fault Description
  • Any 'on-screen' error messages
  • The Country you are based in

For Flash Memory and USB Devices, please send an email to drivesupport@verbatim-europe.com and provide:

  • Part Number / Reorder Number of product
  • Fault Description
  • Operating System
  • Any 'on-screen' error messages
  • The Country you are based in

For any other type of media, please send an email to info@verbatim-europe.com and provide as much information as you can.

If any Verbatim media appears to be 'Faulty' once we have received this information, a representative will contact you and confirm where media should be sent. You will then be informed when the appropriate 'Replacement Media' will be dispatched.

Please note: Allow up to 28 days for 'Replacement Media' to be dispatched to you from our receipt of your product.
