The Launchpad on my Store 'n' Go U3 does not work on Windows Vista.

You will be able to download and install the Launchpad Updater for Windows Vista from the instructions below.

Go to Support Centre/Downloads/Store’n’Go USB Devices-Support pages, then select the photo of the Store’n’Go U3. On the next page, you will be able to download the U3 Updater, which is compatible with Windows Vista.

Prior to installing it, please make sure you save all the data and programmes from the Store’n’Go onto your PC.
