My Store 'n' Go is not recognized in Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Windows XP and VISTA use their own built-in drivers and manage the installation of external USB devices directly.

If your Store’n’Go device is not automatically recognized, in order to force this recognition, please disconnect all external devices from your computer (except mouse, monitor and keyboard) and locate the file C:\windows\inf\infcache.1 on your computer. Rename this file to "infcache.1OLD" and reboot your computer.

Then connect the Store’n’Go as the only USB device. It should now appear as a new removable device in My Computer.
