I need to contact the technical support team. What information should I give them?

In order to help you, we will need the following information:

  •  a description of the colours of your Store’n’Go or its re-order number (located at the back of the packaging) 
  •  its capacity in MB or GB
  •  its date of purchase 
  •  its serial number, located on the Store’n’Go itself, in very small print
  •  the version of operating system you are using 
  •  a description of the problem you are experiencing 
  •  any error message
