I need to contact the product support team. What information should I give them? (Mice)

In order to help you, we will need the following information:

  • the Reorder/Model number written on the original package
  • a detailed description of the problem
  • did you change the batteries in the mouse
  • could you try to change the mouse speed settings in the Start - Control panel - Mouse menu
  • its date of purchase 
  • the version of operating system you are using 
  • if it is Windows 2000 or XP, the version of Service Pack installed 
  • if it is Windows 98, its version (Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/General Tab) 
  • did it work before
  • please connect the mouse/receiver directly to the back of your computer. Please try all USB ports on your PC. 
  • is the mouse working on a different computer?
