How do I connect a USB storage device like a hard drive, flash drive or card reader?

Plug in the USB storage device to the female USB-A port on SOHO NAS. Explore the Sohonas network folder. Inside this folder you should now find a folder names USB 1. This is the USB device that you’ve connected to SOHO NAS. You can read/write to the drive as normal. In some cases you will need to use the Web Based Administrative Tool to format the USB device first.
