Customer services will then send you your FREE return label.
Put the cartridge back into the carton, using the foil bag and packaging pieces. Tape the carton closed securely.
  Complete the required section of the returns label. Apply the FREE label and post back to Verbatim.

Easy!
You have just kept 1.8 kiligrammes (4 pounds) of plastic and corrugated cardboard out of the landfill.
